If for any reason you are not satisfied with supplies purchased from Tap My Trees LLC, you may return for a full refund. This return policy is in effect for one full year from date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Prior to returning, please send an email to: returns@tapmytrees.com. In the email state your wish to return purchase for a refund and a return code will be emailed back to you. Please include this code with the return.

Damages

If your purchased supplies are damaged during shipment to you, the damaged items will be replaced. Send an email to info@tapmytrees.com explaining the damage and a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $50.00. On orders less than $50.00 standard shipping rates apply.

During the checkout process, you will select either Standard or Priority shipping. Shipping is based on the state of the Shipping Address.

Purchased supplies are generally shipped via USPS or UPS, but other companies may be used. Shipment will occur within 2 days of receiving the order. Standard shipping will generally take 3 to 6 days (could be more during holiday periods). Priority shipping will generally take 2 to 4 days. Canadian orders may take up to 5 additional days.

Shipping charges include shipping costs plus applicable handling charges.

Security

When using the tapmytrees.com site we may ask you to provide your email address, shipping details, billing details, postal address, telephone number, and credit card information.

During the ordering process, information that is obtained on our site is encrypted to ensure your security.  We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide (outside of your current order).

Privacy

Tap My Trees LLC values you as a customer. We will not sell, rent, share or make available in any way your information outside of Tap My Trees LLC. As a valued customer we may use e-mail from time to time to notify you of special offers, new products and services, and relevant information.
